Design Consultant for ADF Centre for Mental Health, HMAS Penguin, NSW

Registrations of Interest are invited from suitably qualified entities to undertake the role of Design Services Consultants for certain services on the basis described in the Invitation to Register Interest. The Commonwealth will then create a shortlist from which it will invite tenders for the services.

At the time of issuing the Invitation to Register Interest, the services include the following:

The Design Services Consultants are required to produce 100% design documentation to enable the construction of new mental health facilities within existing unoccupied space at the , HMAS Penguin. The new facilities will house the Australian Defence Force Centre for Mental Health (ADFCMH).

At the time of issuing this Invitation to Register Interest:

• The services are anticipated to commence in February 2012 with completion of the Design Phase on or before October 2012, and completion of the Construction Phase by August 2013.
• The estimated construction value of the project is in the order of $3,000,000

To submit a conforming Registration of Interest:

• The Registration of Interest must be submitted in accordance with clause 3.1(a)(i) (including submission to the address specified in the Invitation to Register Interest by the closing time and date described in the Invitation to Register Interest);
• The Registration of Interest must satisfy each minimum form and content requirement in clause 3.1(a)(ii); and
• The Applicant must satisfy each condition for participation in clause 3.1(a)(iii).
