Whites Hill SC Flexispcae with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new Flexible Learning Area at Whites Hill State College, located at 138 Burn Street, Camp Hill QLD 4152, as part of the FlexiSpace program.

The scope includes demolishment of the existing GLA internal walls to create 2 new Flexible Learning Areas with meeting rooms, communal lounge and kitchenette. All works are to be completed by August 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
