Kedron State School - Outdoor Learning Area (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Outdoor Learning Area (OLA) at Kedron State School, located at Leckie Road, Kedron Qld 4031, as part of the School Infrastructure Enancement (SIE) program.

The new Outdoor Learning Area (OLA) will be positioned in the middle of the school and will form the hub. All works are to be completed by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
