ZZ006 APAF24025 Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) / Queensland Museum (QM) Tunnel Concrete Walls Rectification

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers(minimum Level 3) to undertake remediation works to existing concrete walls in the QPAC/QM pedestrian tunnel that were damaged during flooding. Scope of works includes removal of the flood-damaged render, application of new render, application of waterproofing systems and minor building works including concrete wall repairs and painting. ‘Like for like’ replacement/repairs of concrete (heritage) walls are required.

Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Head Contractor in the role of Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors to complete the works.

Tender documents are to be requested from the below email address by 4pm, 13/12/24.

Only PQC Contractors (minimum level 3) are sought for this Contract and will be eligible to receive the documents.

Tenderers must attend a Mandatory Site Inspection on 13/01/25 at 10am to be eligible to tender for this project. Please register your attendance by emailing the below address by 4pm, 07/01/25.
