Council invites submissions from qualified health providers to deliver the following services:
(a) Pre-employment health assessments, including drug and alcohol testing;
(b) Staff Immunisations;
(c) Health Examinations;
(d) Functional Capacity Evaluations, Assessment, and Reporting; and
(e) Workplace injury / illness medical treatment.
