Townsville Hospital Clinical Services Redevelopment Projects and Pharmacy Cytotoxic Laboratory Project

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) seeks to engage a principal contractor to concurrently deliver the Clinical Services Redevelopment Projects and also the Pharmacy Cytotoxic Laboratory Project at the Townsville Hospital. There is a strong preference the Contractor holds a minimum of PQC Level 3 accreditation however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
The works consist of 4 x separable portions, namely –
1) Renal Expansion;
2) Renal Refurbishment;
3) Endoscopy Unit Redevelopment; and
4) Cytotoxic Laboratory.

Tenderers are highly encouraged to observe and follow the tender instructions as detailed in 'Tender Details' within the 'Invitation to Tender' document.
Failure to comply to the requested submission structure and/or not meeting mandatory criterion may result with the offer not being progressed for evaluation.

MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION:
A mandatory site inspection has been allocated for Thursday 12th April, 2018 at 2:00pm
Interested parties must register. Instructions are provided in Item 14 (page 12) within the 'Invitation to Tender' document.

TENDER CLOSE:
Unless otherwise advised via addenda, this tender will close on Thursday 3rd May at 5:00pm (QLD Time). Revised - Tender closing Tuesday 15th May, 2018 at 10:00am
The close date for all tender enquiries (ie: RFI's) is Friday 27th April, 2018 at 2:00pm (QLD Time). Revised - RFI's close Friday 4th May, 2018 at 2:00pm
