Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is planning to upgrade its Financial Management Information System (FMIS) to a SaaS cloud application by July 2024.
It is now seeking proposals from suitably qualified Consultants to help determine the business requirements across the organisation, and identify suitable FMIS solutions currently available in the market.
The Consultant will be required to:
- Work with the relevant Departments to gain an understanding of the existing solution and its functionality
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify key business requirements and prepare a business requirements specification report
- Assist in defining the scope of the implementation report
- Perform market analysis to identify potential product and service providers suited to the business requirements
- Deliver a written report of recommendations by the 20 January 2023
