Minimbah State School - Playground Upgrade (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Playground Upgrade at Minimbah SS, located at Walker Road & Minimbah Drive, Morayfield QLD 4506, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope of works is to create a new soccer pitch for Minimbah State School. The works comprises of but is not limited to earthworks, ground preparation, importing topsoil, turfing and turf consolidation. All works are to be completed by June 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

•Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

•Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
