Deliver beat practice program management and program governance services including advice and approach to managing complex IT transformation programs. Including the following outputs: 1) Development of the Program Management Plan 2) Establish a 12-month roadmap and define regular planning increments to manage delivery against the plan. 3) Ensure that business ownership and delivery roles are clear, and Steering Committee meetings are structured to include reporting and discussion of dependencies, change management and benefits. 4) Complete Benefits planning including a benefits map, identify benefits owners, develop benefits profiles, and update the Benefits Realisation Plan. 5) Refresh the cost benefit analysis to reflect changes to funding, timing and benefits realisation. 6) Review the process for risk, issue, financial and process management
