Description
The PTA as part of the shift of freight responsibilities from Safety Freight Business Management Services (SFBMS) to Infrastructure Planning & Land Services (IPLS) Rail Engineering, has identified the need for additional resources to manage the increase in workload. This represents a high value opportunity for the PTA to develop a greater understanding of its freight responsibilities, and to expand its functions in this area. The works required are a number of high priority engineering tasks, to which additional resources are needed to assist in managing the increased volume of these activities.
