Description
Suitably qualified and experienced insurance intermediary organisations are invited to submit an offer for the provision of Insurance Brokerage Services on behalf of Arts Queensland for the Queensland Government Exhibition Indemnification Services (QGEIS).
The invitation is for an initial Contract Term of two (2) years with the customer’s option to invoke an extension at its discretion for the Contractor to provide similar deliverables for another three (3) individual one (1) year extension periods.
Those organisations with significant experience delivering services in the arts/exhibitions markets are encouraged to tender.
There is no industry briefing for this tender, therefore it is recommended that offerors become familiar with the tender documents and ensure they submit any queries to the ITO Contact Officer within the timelines as indicated in Part 1 – Item 13 Cut-off for acceptance of information/clarification questions.
NOTE: Only the completed Part 6 Response Forms are required to be returned (all other documents are for the offerors reference).
Offers must be submitted via the method and format as detailed in Part 1, by the closing time and date specified (strictly). Any late offers will be deemed non-conforming.
