South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) requires the implementation of a strategic organisation Quality Management Program (QMP) that builds on existing quality capability, capacity, tools, methods and leadership behaviours to from one, aligned management program that leads improvement and innovation activities. SMHS seeks to shift from a compliance focused approach to that of continuous quality improvement through a QMP delivered by an appropriately skilled organisation with experience delivering a QMP in the Health sector.
