The Gantry Day Use Area Upgrade at D'Aguilar National Park

General Information

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) is inviting offers from contractors for the construction of the redevelopment of the Gantry Day Use Area (DUA), located within D'Aguilar National Park (Mount Mee section).

The successful contractor is to deliver:

• Final design of the wastewater treatment system, electrical and water supply
•  Required investigations to undertake construction
•  Statutory approvals
•  Demolition of identified facilities within the DUA
•  Construction, including rationalisation of the existing DUA site

Pre-close tender site inspection

A pre-close tender site inspection will be held on the 28 May 2019 between 11am and 1pm at the Gantry Day Use Area (Sellin Road, Mount Mee).

Tenderers may send up to two representatives of their company to the pre-close tender site inspection.

Notification to [email hidden] (quoting 'DES19060 site inspection' in email subject field) of your company's representatives must be provided by no later the 2pm on the 27 May 2019.

Attendees of the site inspection should wear appropriate PPE including closed in shoes. It is recommended sun smart clothing be worn and water/food brought with attendees. A short safety induction will be provided by QPWS at the commencement of this inspection.
