Standing Offer Arrangement for Data Management Licensed Software and associated professional services

Queensland Health Statistical Services Branch is seeking to enter into a Standing Offer Arrangement for Data Management licensed software that provides a high degree of business utility for their Data Custodianship style of operation. The initial implementation will address the data sourcing, validation and data quality processing of the Queensland Hospital Admitted Patient Data Collection (QHAPDC), with the solution providing a high-degree of configurability. The solution suite sought shall also include a pathway to the adoption of industry best practice metadata management and data governance as maturity with the product suite progresses.

Training services and professional services with expertise in the data management software suite and data management best practice are also required. The objective of these services is to supplement, train and mentor internal staff during the initial implementation project, then to provide supplemental resources and further training as required over the operational life of the system.
