Description

North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) requires the provision of multidisciplinary care for patients diagnosed with melanoma, a highly aggressive and complex form of skin cancer. Given the severity and complexity associated with a melanoma diagnosis, a coordinated, a specialist-led approach is essential to ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Multidisciplinary care brings together service providers across various medical specialties to deliver comprehensive and personalised treatment. This approach allows for a rounded assessment of each patient’s condition, development of tailored treatment plans, and the seamless coordination of care. To support this critical service, NMHS is looking to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to ensure that the people of Western Australia (WA) diagnosed with melanoma continue to receive treatment locally whilst optimising and improving specialist knowledge and cancer management.
