Hardware Security Modules/KeyManagement System Solution

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a replacement solution for Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) which combined with TMR’s Key Management System (KMS) are used to generate and manage GlobalPlatform master keys to support TMR issued smartcards and ensure they are valid and able to be read at authorised TMR, Queensland Government Agent Program (QGAP), One-Stop Shop and Queensland Police Service locations throughout the State. It includes Hardware Security Modules, Algorithm support, connectivity between the modules and the customer’s system, key management activities and other items provided through either a solution whereby the Contractor takes some or all of the responsibility for providing a defined business outcome or delivery and installation of the hardware and software at the customer’s premises and subsequent support.

• Business services and associated usage charges or hardware, licensed software and associated support services.
• Transition-in services
• Ad hoc ICT consultancy services.
