Description
The purpose of the required information is to provide Cadastral searches products and services.
• Provide prompt electronic access to a wide/full range of state title searches, cadastral survey plan images, land instrument images and Automated Titling System (ATS) dealings.
• Provide full range of land instrument images for example old title, deeds of grant, lease documents and dealings.
• Provide automatic title system dealings.
• Provide weekly comma separated value spreadsheet outlining the weekly products downloaded by the Geospatial Technologies.
• Geospatial Technologies ability to enter our own project reference numbers (matter numbers) for ease of tracking of costs.
• Provide company and business searches.
• Provide pre separation NSW Land Purchase Deeds.
• Provide pre Automated Titling System (ATS) dealings
• This Contract is for an initial term of two years and three months with the option for four additional one year terms as set out in clause 3 of the Conditions of Contract.
