Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement (PqSA); Construction, Maintenance / Repairs of Multi-Purpose Tracks

The Deaprtment of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing (NPRSR) is seeking to enter into a Pre-qualified Supplier Arrangement (PqSA) with interested parties for construction, and maintenance/repairs of multi-purpose tracks, including but not limited to, Level 3, 4 & 5 Walking Tracks, and Mountain Bike Tracks, located within Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS), South East and Sunshine Coast Regional Operation Areas.These areas exist on extremely variable conditions, including sandy coastal locations (e.g. Fraser Island), offshore islands, challenging elevated rainforest terrain (e.g. Lamington National Park). The lengths of the tracks in these parks and forest estates ranges from long distance trails, such as the Great Walks of Queensland, varied length mountain bike tracks and short graded walks
