Eagleby State School Administration Refurbishment and Extension with design responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment and extension of the existing Administration building at Eagleby State School, Cnr Herses Road and, Fryar Rd, Eagleby QLD 4207. This will be a school direct/funded project.

The project includes refurbishment of the existing Administration building and construction of a new extension. All works are to be completed by 18 September 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
