QED92012 - Provision of OSHC Services for The Gap State School

The Department of Education (DoE) seeks proposals from Pre-qualified Providers (PQP) to provide the Services described in this Invitation to Offer. In this document, the PQP is referred to as the “Licensee”.

The proposed term of the Licence to Use Department of Education Premises for Outside School Hours Care Service (referred to in this document as the “Licence”) is five (5) years with the possibility to extend by a further two (2) periods of up to two (2) years each, for a total agreement period of nine (9) years.

The Gap State School is in the Metropolitan Region which services a large residential area and the surrounding community of The Gap approximately 10 kilometres from Brisbane CBD. The school has a current enrolment of 589 students in years Prep to Year 6 (P–6). It is expected that enrolment will remain stable over the next few years.
