Description
The Works comprise for phase 1 of works as indicated on A2.10: which includes
provision of new footpaths, bike park slab, fencing, gates, and the like. Contractors are
to allow to relocate and install existing bike racks to the new bike park. Works also
include the demolition of the existing bike park and garden bed, and the construction of
new road works and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the
specification.
Premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure
that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
