P0005 National Airfields Head Contract – RAAF Base Williams (Point Cook)

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified entities to undertake the role of Contractor for certain Works on the basis described in the Tender Documents.

At the time of issuing the Tender Documents, the Works include the following construction activities at RAAF Base Williams (Point Cook), Victoria:

· Runway and Taxiway resurfacing works;

· Apron reconstruction; and

· Supply and installation of AGL, navigation aids and control systems.

At the time of issuing the Tender Documents:

· tenders close 12 noon (Canberra Time) 16 October 2014; and

· the Works are anticipated to commence in January 2015 with completion on or before 10 June 2015.

Upon receipt of an executed agreement the RFT documents will be posted to your Business Street Address (PO Boxes will not be accepted).

An Industry Briefing is planned to be conducted at RAAF Base Williams (Point Cook) on 08 September 2014.

The following details will be required for up to three of the Tenderer personnel that will attend the industry briefing:

· Full Name;

· Residential Address;

· Date of birth;

· Nationality;

· Drivers licence state of issue or passport expiry date;

· Drivers licence number or passport number;

· Vehicle registration number; and

· Contact mobile telephone number.
