Description
The Corruption and Crime Commission of Western Australia (“the Commission”) is relocating to newly refurbished office premises at Level 5 – 45 Francis Street, Northbridge.
Within the scope of the relocation project, the services of an Audio-Visual (AV) technology systems integrator are needed for the supply, installation, commissioning and associated services as described in Schedule 2 Specification / Statement of Requirements.
The new systems are required throughout the Commission’s meeting spaces, offices and operational spaces, and are intended to support the productivity of the in-house teams and visitors of the Commission, with the following functionality:
· Audio visual technologies to enable digital content presentation, communication and collaboration throughout all AV equipped meeting spaces;
· Enterprise grade audio and video conferencing for selected meeting and operational spaces;
· Soft codec audio and video conferencing integration for selected meeting spaces; and
· Technologies to support collaboration and content sharing during the agency’s special operations, monitoring and orchestration.
