Description
The Contractor shall:
- carry out scheduled preventative maintenance services as per this Specification;
- carry out maintenance and repair services to heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment (planned and unplanned) as required;
- supply and install new HVAC equipment, fixtures or fittings including removal and disposal of obsolete items where applicable; and
- manage, maintain and provide required reporting, registers and schedules;
as directed by the Officer.
