Description
The project comprises the replacement of roof areas on several levels on E Block, a 2 to 4 storey building with parapet wall. The roof is at the end of its serviceable life.
The works include the following major elements:
- Demolition of the existing roof covering and removal from site.
- Re-roofing of the Plant Room areas including replacement roof sheeting, insulation and guttering
