Provision of Court Recording and Transcription Services

Court recording and transcription is an essential service to judicial officers and other parties in court proceedings. This Requestis to ensure the continuation of these essential services. The Request seeks to provide for the appointment of one (1) transcription service provider across all jurisdictions with matters heard in the District Court Building to be excluded from this Request.Services required to be provided to Courts and Tribunals under this contract include:

•Court recording and monitoring – testing the court recording systems prior to the commencement of proceedings. Controlling the commencement and cessation of recording functionality during proceedings, including creation of log notes to support transcript production for monitored proceedings; and

•Transcript production – whereby electronic transcript is produced based on requirements of the presiding judicial officer, parties to proceedings or standing orders of the Court. Services include real-time, running and various deferred service level agreements.
