ADELAIDE WOMENS & CHILDRENS HOSPITAL CHILLER UPGRADE

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified Mechanical Air Conditioning Trade Contractors in Category 1. Work consists of the demolition of three existing chiller sets, associated pumps, pipework, electrical, controls, building works, etc located in the basement plantroom of the Saltmarsh building. The installation of three new chiller sets (supplied), associated pumps, pipework modifications, electrical, controls and building works all within the basement plantroom of the Saltmarsh building. Modifications to the piping systems associated with the cogeneration plant within the Gilbert Building. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified Mechanical Air Conditioning Trade Contractors in Category 1 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
