Combined Technology Communication Network– Wireless, Fibre Optic and 4G devices. Bluetooth Detection Devices (BTDD). Traffic Monitoring CCTV Cameras. Traffic Signal Controller (TSC) SCATS communications. The Department is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide better monitoring and control of traffic related infrastructure through the use of CCTV cameras, Bluetooth and traffic signal communications installed at signalised intersections. The following technologies have been identified to successfully accomplish the goals of the project: The Eastern Shore ITS project aligns with the department’s strategic goals to provide reliable travel time and promote road safety. The successful tenderer will be required to Design, Supply, install and commission Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) devices as identified in the RFT.
