Description
DPFEM (Tasmania Fire Service) operate a large fleet of fire tankers. These tankers include a cab chassis supplied by industry and a fire body that is built by the DPFEM Engineering and Fleet Services branch.
The current tanker build being undertaken is for medium tankers which require a 7.5 tonne crew-cab cab-chassis. This tender will be for the supply of twenty nine cab-chassis from 2018 through to 2020.
