Description
TasTAFE is seeking to engage an architectural firm to undertake conceptual design, detailed design and Building Information Modelling (BIM) for a major new Trades and Water Centre of Excellence training facility at its Clarence Campus. The design work will form the basis of the subsequent build phase. The contractor will also be required to assist in the tender specification, evaluation and project management of the build phase. BIM capability or commitment to develop and use it through the life of the project is essential.
