Superintendent Services in relation to Road Construction and Bridge Replacement Contracts

The Department requires a series of contracts for services in order to provide it with comprehensive contract management and administration services to civil works (road and/or bridge construction and upgrading projects) during the construction phase, excluding the defects liability period, including carrying out the role of construction contract Superintendent. The construction contracts included in the Department’s Requirements under this RFT are Tasman Highway – Doctors Creek Bridge and Wacketts Creek Bridge Replacement; Zeehan Highway – Zeehan Rivulet Bridge Replacement; Arthur Highway – Carlton River Bridge Replacement; Esk Main Road- Shoulder Widening and Pavement Rehabilitation; East Tamar Highway- Mowbray Connector; and Tasman Highway- Great Eastern Drive Stage 1.
