The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is seeking to procure an ICT research and advisory service covering all aspects of architecture, infrastructure, application development and maintenance, services and IT governance which would entail:
- Review and advice on strategies, plans, and other documents;
- Access to performance metrics on trends in IT spending and staffing, unit costs and performance measures across critical IT domains;
- Access to detailed frameworks and roadmaps for developing and implementing technical architecture and design strategies;
- Access to diagnostic tools, templates, case studies and product reviews;
- Access to specialist research analysts; and
- IT executive coaching services tailored to DFES’s needs.
