Description
The Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force; the Customer) supports Western Australia’s Law enforcement. The Customer is seeking the provision of an integrated and flexible Health, Welfare and Safety Client Relationship Management System.
The solution will be used as a central repository for recording, filing, managing and reporting documentation, activities, interactions and actions relating to the health and welfare management of 10,000+ WA Police Force employees. The solution will allow the Health, Welfare and Safety Division to provide an enhanced level of care and support to its clients. In alignment with WA Government cloud-based service guidelines, it is preferable that the solution is available as Software as a Service (SaaS).
