Biodiversity Conservation Centre ? Tissue Culture Laboratory Air Conditioning Upgrade

Tenders are invited by the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority, referred to in the Contract as “the Principal”, for the Biodiversity Conservation Centre (BCC) Tissue Culture Laboratory Air Conditioning Upgradedescribed in Section 2.3 below, subject to the attached Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions Works Conditions of Tendering and Conditions of Contract (attached as Part C of the Request for Works package).

The scope of work broadly comprises the following:

1. Heating, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) system upgrade for the Tissue Culture Laboratory on the first floor of the BCC.
2. Demolish and remove the existing Tissue Culture lab AC units and outside air systems as per tender issue drawings.
3. Demolition of redundant pipework, electrical and control systems.
4. Supply and install new DX ducted systems and all associated ductwork, volume control dampers and filters.
5. Construction engineering and drafting.
