Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programs

The Australian Federal Police invites proposals from suitable qualified organisations to provide Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programs. The AFP`s intention is to establish a panel of providers to provide the required programs. It is expected that any agreement entered into would be for a period of two years, with options to extend for a further period of one year, to a maximum contract period of three years. The AFP has a strong commitment to the ongoing development of its people. This commitment will ensure that the AFP is well placed to meet the leadership challenges of the future. Executive coaching and mentoring programs will provide development opportunities which will enhance leadership performance and increase career and job satisfaction through provision of a personalised environment permitting self-exploration, reflection and strategy development. Potential providers may submit a proposal for one or both of the programs. The location for the delivery of the programs will primarily be in Canberra with a small component delivered in some of the capital cities. It is expected that the Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programs will commence in December 2004.
