The Pacific Leadership and Governance Precinct (the Precinct) is a joint Papua New Guinea-Australia government initiative to strengthen public and private sector leadership in Papua New Guinea and across the Pacific. The Australian Government has committed to supporting the construction of a new School of Business and Public Policy (SBPP) at the University of Papua New Guinea as a cornerstone of its investment in the Precinct.
Following an extensive design and consultation process, the Australian Government is seeking a contractor to undertake the construction of the new SBPP. The project will involve the construction of a new, multi-story building at UPNG, including the procurement of equipment, installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
