RAAF Point Cook Building Works, VIC

This project focuses on the provision of a facility that will be used for administrative, logistical and training requirements in an existing mothballed building.

The scope focuses on the demolition and removal of existing facilities contained within the building and the provision of new office spaces, meeting rooms, common areas, classrooms, an auditorium, ablutions and kitchen areas. This includes refurbishing of current classrooms and an auditorium that have fallen in to disrepair.

The scope also includes a lift installation, Information Communication and Technology (ICT) throughout classrooms and associated works to make the building fully functioning.
