Victoria Point SS - Hall Rectifications (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of various rectification and reinstatement works to the existing Assembly Hall at Victoria Point SS, located at School Rd, Victoria Point QLD 4165, as part of the Repair & Replacement (R&R) program.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to the demolition and replacement of the existing lower roof and adjacent shade structure in its entirety, replacement of existing floor finishes and wall linings in addition to associated new inground services. All works are to be completed by January 2025.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
