Space Services, Training Areas and Simulation Branch Integrated Support Contractor

Space Services, Training Areas and Simulation Branch has a need to engage a strategic partner with the capability and capacity to service the contractor support needs of the Branch in a flexible manner whilst contributing to building industry capability particularly in the emerging space domain.

The Services required include, but are not limited to:
a. assist with the development and maintenance of Capability Program and Project oversight obligations;
b. assist with assurance activities and associated acquisition and sustainment tasks delivered by the delivery agencies (CASG and CIOG).

The Services comprise the following Functions:
a. Capability Management and Support Function (Capability Assurance);
b. Program and Project Management Function;
c. Business Services Function; and
d. Ad-Hoc Services (intended to cover ad-hoc requirements for support).

Additionally the Commonwealth seeks, through a Strategic Partner, access to a network of subject matter experts in the following areas:
a. Satellite Communications
b. Positioning Navigation and Timing
c. Simulation and Training Areas
d. Heath Knowledge Management
e. Capability Life Cycle and Capability Program Management

The Services required to be provided at any given time will depend on the individual requirements for each program, project or activity and as a result, the scope of the Services required to be performed for each program, project or activity (including in relation to each Function) may also vary; and the Commonwealth is seeking a contractor that will have flexibly and innovatively manage the use of its resources to accommodate variations in the Services required over the Term of the Contract.
