Description
The project includes construction of fitout of approximately 3,500sqm for a new CDPP Sydney Office at Levels 19 and 20 of 52 Goulburn Street Sydney.
The contractor's activities include:
- Compliant Development Certificate (CDC) approval of the works with the City of Sydney.
- Fitout of all architectural and engineering works to achieve a compliant, safe and secure office.
- Testing, commissioning and achievement of specified performance requirements.
- Providing training to CDPP staff with respect to the occupation, operation and maintenance of the completed works.
- Providing compliant operations and maintenance manuals.
- Relocation of the existing CDPP office to the new fitout.
