Services to develop and deliver a leadership program for women in agricultural research for development

2.1.2 The Contractor will provide Services to ACIAR in accordance with the contract and comprising:

(a) Program Design Services which include:

(i) Overall design of the program, content and delivery methodology, including developing a monitoring, evaluation and learning framework with key performance indicators to meet the stated outcomes of the program in alignment to the ACIAR Capacity Building framework,

(ii) Development of a participant selection criteria and process to support ACIAR research projects and partnerships and the intended outcomes of the program

(iii) Provision of a program implementation timeline, which, during the contract term will be expanded based on the draft submitted.

(b) Program Schedule and Content should include but is not limited to:

(i) Leadership coursework, linkages with Australian based agricultural research organisations, professional development placements based on recommendations and needs analysis and professional mentorships.
