Description
Registrations of Interest are invited from suitably qualified entities to undertake the role of Head Contractor for the construction of new, purpose built facilities at HMAS Albatross, Nowra, NSW.
The construction works of the new purpose built facilities will include;
- helicopter hangars
- aircraft pavements
- administration facilities
- workshop facilities
- Romeo Training Centre (RTC) (comprising simulator and task trainer facility)
- car parking;
- associated road works; and
- services infrastructure.
The works are anticipated to commence by late August 2013 with completion by December 2014
The estimated value of the works is between $120 million and $140 million.
