National Emergency Management Stockpile Standing Offer Panel - Request for Tender

The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the National Emergency

Management Agency is undertaking this procurement to create a

National Emergency Management Stockpile Standing Offer Panel (NEMS Panel).

The NEMS Panel will cover the supply of goods and services across three categories; critical response and relief goods, warehousing and logistics, and specialised services. The Panel is intended to sustain the NEMS, and will provide access to critical emergency response goods and services by the Commonwealth, States and Territories.

This RFT follows a successful Request for Information (RFI) released by NEMA in July 2023 which sought to understand the capability and capacity of industry to support the NEMS via a Panel arrangement.

It is anticipated that, subject to suitable responses from industry to the RFT, the Panel will commence on or before 1 July 2024.

Prospective respondents to the RFT are not entitled to make any claim for, and NEMA shall not be liable for, any liability, costs or loss incurred as a result of any delay in the release of the RFT or any future tender process.
