Consultancy and Project Management Services for Building Condition Assessment and Asset Management Plans

This Request seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to deliver the required services for the following:

i. Phase 1: Prepare detailed project specification and documentation for tendering purposes and delivery of project works; and
ii. Phase 2: Project management services for the delivery of Building Conditions Assessments and Asset Management Plans by the service contractors engaged by VenuesWest.

Important Note:
Phase 2; The Request calls for all venues to be treated as separable portions, as well as the breakdown services categories where the Contract may be awarded together or separately at VenuesWest sole discretion.
