Description
The RFT and associated documents relates to Works at Two Rocks Marina to:
- undertake the demolition of two (2) existing buildings and related redundant services including asbestos removal and disposal,
- construct new stormwater drainage and associated pavement works,
- construction of a new common services trench within the main hardstand area,
- provide permanent base build utility services to each tenancy boundary for the new commercial fisheries receivables buildings, and
- upgrade of the fire services and potable water to the upper hardstand and A Jetty.
