Southern Ports Authority (SPA and Principal), is proposing to construct a new Biosecurity Facility at the Port of Esperance to comply with the requirements of a First Port of Entry (“FPOE”) under the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth).
The Biosecurity Facility must meet compliance with Standards for Sea Freight Container Inspections Stands.
