Description

The PTA has acquired land at Kenwick to build a new flashbutt welding facility.

The Works under this Contract are detailed in the specifications and include the following:

  • Clearing and removal of all remaining existing trees, vegetation, fences and miscellaneous rubbish from the site.
  • Bulk earthworks from the north of the site at Grove Road to the southern extremity at Bickley Road, including:
  1. cut and/or fill as required; and
  2. disposal of excess soil.
  • Supply and installation of stormwater pipe drainage including pits, pipes, stone pitching, fittings, and retention basins.
  • Provision of culvert extensions and a new road crossing at Yule Brook.
  • Install an extension to the protection slab above BP’s white fuel pipeline
