Description
The Osborne Park Hospital (OPH) have reported ongoing performance issues with Air-Conditioning units servicing B Block Administration and radiology areas and are utilising a condenser coil wetting routine to try to temporarily resolve the performance issues. These units are approximately 26 years old and are well beyond their economic serviceable life.
In view of this, a commercial air-conditioning specialist will be engaged to remove, supply and install replacement three (3) split DX air-conditioning units:
- AC.2 (APAC S35 CEL)
- AC.3 (APAC S35 CEL)
- AC.4 (APAC S18 CEL)
