Miscellaneous Civil Works at Regata Champion Lakes

Miscellaneous Civil Works at Regata Champion Lakes. Works includes:

• Install Reno Mattresses or equivalent approved product at selected locations around the lake to halt wave action erosion and protect the underlying HDPE liner and the construction of a low wall at the starter caravan slab;
• Miscellaneous Erosion Control works consisting of Rip Rap and a reinforced concrete retaining wall;
• Construction of six (6) sets of concrete access stairs complete with handrails, linking spectator carparks 1 and 2 with the spectator tracks plus road marking activities;
• Hardstand reconstruction works in front of the boathouses, up to and including the old VenuesWest compound;
• Supply and placement of rocks (1 to 2 tonne weight) at selected locations around the venue to prevent vehicle access;
• Crack sealing of cycle spectator and track access tracks and the main access road with red rubberized bitumen; and
• Miscellaneous rut filling and ground leveling of Spectator Car Park 1.
