Description
This RFT is seeking a Construction Manager to deliver the works (the Contractor). The
Construction Management process is detailed at Enclosure x.
The Works include all work outlined in the in the Principal’s Contract Documents and are
summarised but not necessarily limited to the following trade packages:
· Demolition
· Structural· Stone supply – single nominated sub-contractor novated to the installation sub-contractor
(refer below)· Stone installation – (select list of tenderers as recommended by the stone supplier - refer
below)
· Steel framing for support of stone and exhibitions
· Plasterboard ceilings, walls and painting
· Mechanical services
· Electrical services
· Security services
· Fire services/sprinklers
· Specialised ceilings
